Cheryl grew up in Fair Haven, Vermont. She has worked in the medical field for more than 20 years and in the eye care field since 1991. She started working with Dr. Wilson in January of 2003. Cheryl has two children and lives with her husband in Orwell, Vermont.

Kim Horvath
Ophthalmic Technician/Optician

Kim is a native of West Rutland, Vermont. She started working with Dr. Wilson in 1986. In 1998 she became a licensed optician and a member of the Opticians Association of Vermont. She now works as an ophthalmic technician and optician. She has two children and lives in Mendon with her husband, Ed.

Douglas M. Wilson, O.D.
Optometrist

Dr. Wilson has been practicing optometry in Rutland for more than 30 years. A native of Rutland, he followed in his father's footsteps. Dr. E. Craig Wilson was a prominent optometrist in Rutland during the 50s and 60s. Dr. Wilson received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1972. Returning home to Rutland, he started his practice later that year. He has been an FDA clinical investigator for Vistakon, Allergan, and Ciba Vision. He is a member of the Vermont Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry. His special interests include low vision and glaucoma. Dr. Wilson has two children and lives in Rutland Town with his wife, Diana.
